🍪 HOW DOES COOKIE EXPRESS WORK?

Choose your cookie and place your order online.
We bake our cookies fresh in Christchurch in twice-weekly production runs, carefully package them and dispatch them directly to our customers across New Zealand.
No shelves. No weeks-old stock. Just fresh cookies made for the people who order them.

NZ-wide! 🇳🇿
Cookie Express delivers throughout New Zealand, from our Christchurch kitchen directly to your door.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, with rural addresses potentially requiring additional time.
🚚 HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
Once your order has been freshly baked and packaged, we'll prepare it for collection by our courier.
Your SuperFreak then begins its journey from Christchurch directly to the delivery address provided with your order.
We dispatch orders twice weekly to keep our production fresh and efficient.
📦 CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be available so you can follow your SuperFreak on its journey to you.
👩🍳 ARE THE COOKIES BAKED FRESH?
Absolutely.
We bake in scheduled production runs based on our customer orders.
Your cookie isn't sitting on a shelf waiting for someone to buy it — we're baking it for you.
Once baked, your SuperFreak is carefully sealed and packaged ready for delivery.
📅 WHEN WILL MY COOKIE BE BAKED?
Cookie Express currently bakes and dispatches orders twice weekly.
Your order will be included in the next available production run.
As we grow, our production and dispatch schedule may expand too. 🍪
🍪 WHAT IS THE SUPERFREAK?
It's our big one.
The SuperFreak is a massive 24CM cookie, made for sharing, gifting, celebrations...
...or absolutely not sharing at all.
We won't judge.
🎁 CAN I SEND A COOKIE TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Absolutely!
Cookie Express makes a pretty great surprise.
Simply enter the recipient's name and correct delivery address when placing your order.
Whether it's a birthday, celebration, thank you or completely random cookie delivery...
we'll get the SuperFreak heading their way. 🍪
🏠 WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME?
Please make sure your delivery address and any delivery instructions are accurate when ordering.
Where available, the courier may leave your order in a safe location in accordance with the delivery instructions and courier service.
Because you're ordering food, we recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.
✏️ I ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY DETAILS. WHAT DO I DO?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct information.
If your order hasn't already been dispatched, we'll do our best to update it.
Once an order has entered the courier network, we may not be able to change its destination.
⏰ WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER?
Orders are baked in twice-weekly production runs.
Place your order online and we'll include it in the next available production run.
During busy periods, production runs may reach capacity — so ordering early is always a good idea.
💳 IS CHECKOUT SECURE?
Yes.
Payments are processed securely through our online checkout.
Cookie Express does not directly store your full payment card information.
